Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Because each item is printed to order, production begins after purchase.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier.

As each piece is produced specifically for you, delivery may take slightly longer than standard retail shipping.

Where products are produced within the same country as the delivery address, customs duties will generally not apply.

If your order is shipped internationally from another country, customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges may apply depending on local regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Restless Ei8ht Limited.

Customers in the UK should note that duties may apply when the total order value (including shipping) exceeds £135.00.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging and documentation.
